At Thornton Ranch, we raise a small, well-loved herd of Dexter Cattle on 40 acres of rugged pasture. Our
Beef are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, just as nature intended. Cows are born to eat grass, roam
freely, and forage — and that’s exactly the life they enjoy here. Our family even receives fresh milk daily
from our own gentle family milk cow.
Each year, Thornton Ranch offers weaned Dexter calves for sale. If you’re interested in adding Dexters
to your homestead or ranch, contact us for availability. All of our cattle are registered with the PDCA
(Purebred Dexter Cattle Association).
